There is presently no legally binding regional Charter or Convention for human rights covering the whole of Asia.

 

ASEAN Human Rights Declaration

The Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN), is an inter-governmental assocation with 10 member states. These states are Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei Darussalam, Viet Nam, Lao PDR, Myanmar and Cambodia. 

ASEAN established an Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights in 2009, and this body is currently working on a human rights declaration.

Asian Human Rights Charter

This is a People's Charter put together by an Asian NGO called the Asian Human Rights Commission and has no legal effect.
