Right to free choice of profession and employment

 

This right to free choice of profession and employment is key in ensuring a stable family. Since a stable family is based on principles of equity, justice and individual fulfillment for each member; each partner must have the right to choose a profession or employment that is best suited to his or her abilities, qualifications and aspirations.
